Dayle’s had the privilege of sharing in the excitement as leaders realize their goals …goals that initially looked like a real stretch for them.  She’s delighted when a leader she’s been working with turns their culture around.  She’s watched team leaders move their teams from being dispassionate and disengaged to being invigorated … taking ownership and initiative, coming up with bold and innovative ideas.  As a coach, it’s thrilling to watch and humbling to behold.

Dayle knows her leaders want the ultimate outcome identified, so she asks them to set that expectation early on. She realizes her leaders are able to do more; so, she asks more of them. Together, they do three things: create CLARITY of purpose, skillfully FOCUS, and design actions with EASE.
