When the temperatures become crisp the smell of evening fires and s’mores fill my senses as I walk through crunchy leaves. I can tell that there’s magic in the air!  The magic of autumn – the change that transforms gardens, trees, animals, what we eat, watch, do, wonder and dream.

This is the time to begin the harvest.  The work of the past 12 months comes to fruition during these shorter days in the northern hemisphere.  For me, that work has culminated in my website.  Indeed, a labor of love and authenticity, this work has helped me shape my ‘why’.

  • Why do I gravitate to this work?
  • What honed the gifts and talents I possess?
  • What magic is mine to do?

My website is a demonstration of my dream turning into my reality.  As a solopreneur, who has had many careers herself, it doesn’t surprise me that the golden thread I continue to pull through every single element of my life is called possibility.  During this time of year, I only see possibility.  Possibility for what can be, what wants to happen, and what comes next.  And in my own way, I want to help you not only craft that life but realize, value and inspire the many possibilities you have for your life.  I believe this happens through professional development in the form of executive leadership coaching.

As we develop, not only as professionals, but as people we begin to shape our beliefs, values, gifts and talents. We put them into play. I know I’ve wondered how did I get here? Can I do this differently? What would happen if I did ‘x’?  Those were the moments when my deepest desires began to tug at my reality.  When my curiosity for development, growth, change, experimentation and awakening came up against my own fears, I may have retreated for a bit until eventually I saw that the only move I had to take was one small step or adjustment.  Simply one.  A new one. One thought. One feeling. One action that multiplied over time.  This is the magic.  And I didn’t have to do any of it alone.

So, I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude toward all my teachers, my coaches, my guides, my friends, and all those who have shared their wisdom, strength and hope with me along the way.  In this crisp and crackling time of year, I sense more possibilities are just beyond the horizon of that bright orange red sunrise or raspberry blue sunset.  And because I know this is true for me, I know it’s true for you, too.  Join me as we take the first step together.  Possibility starts here.
